Subscription cancellation policy for LitSource

Overview

This policy explains how cancellation works for LitSource subscriptions and one-time Trial Plan purchases.

Pro subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Pro plans renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel a subscription from your account billing page when billing management is available, or by emailing support@litsource.net from the email address associated with your account.

After cancellation:

  • your Pro access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
  • your subscription will not renew after that billing period;
  • unused credits may expire according to the plan validity shown at purchase and in your account;
  • cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Trial Plan

The Trial Plan is a one-time purchase. It does not automatically renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Trial Plan credits and Pro access expire according to the validity period shown on the pricing page and in the product.

Cancellation timing

To avoid renewal, cancel before the next billing date. Payment processors, card networks, and banks may take time to finalize pending charges, so we recommend canceling at least 24 hours before renewal.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged after canceling before renewal, contact support@litsource.net with your account email and payment receipt.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
